Competition 4X4 Warranties, Shipping & Returns Policies, Terms & Conditions

RETURN POLICY and WARRANTIES: 4x4 Empire, LLC. DBA – Competition 4x4 warranties all of their manufactured products to be free of manufacturer defects for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the time of original purchase, not including fabricator or builder parts. The original customer must provide proof of sale to receive warranty service. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear from the use of our product(s). Please note that Competition 4x4 will not cover any products that have had added items welded or fasted to them. For example, we will not warranty any tire carrier/bumpers that have over tire carriers on them, cooler holders, Gerry can adapters etc. All products are designed to withstand a certain amount of weight and by adding any other items to our products will void any and all warranties. There is no warranty on Competition 4x4 manufactured fabricator parts once they have been installed and fabricated on by the customer. Fabricator parts are sold as off-road products that have not been rated by the Department of Transportation or any other governing authorities and agencies. It’s the customer’s responsibility to receive ratings on fabricated projects once completed.
Competition 4x4 reserves the right to refund, repair, replace, or neither to the companies manufactured products at their sole discretion. The above mentioned company will inspect all returned products that they manufactured. At time of inspection we will determine one of the following: negligence and/or abuse, manufacture defect, or improper use. Competition 4x4 products have not been rated and therefore are intended for off-road use only. No refund, reimbursement, or replacement will be given to any items that have been determined that they were misused, abused, neglected, etc. Any items that have been determined to fail due to a manufacture defect will be replaced or the customer will be reimbursed or refunded at the manufactures sole discretion. Any items returned to Competition 4x4 for reasons other than defect or damage is subject to a 15% restocking fee deducted from the customers’ available refund. Customer is responsible for all return shipping to the facility of Competition 4x4 except on products including a manufacture defect. For any products purchased from Competition 4x4 that are not manufactured by them, the customer must deal with that products manufacturer directly and Competition 4x4 assumes no responsibility.

SHIPPING POLICY: Competition 4x4 primarily uses FedEx Ground and Home Delivery as its domestic shipping service as well as USPS Priority Mail; however, we may use any other carrier as we see fit to provide you with the best service. We mainly use U.S.P.S. for our international shipments. Domestic shipment times are usually three to five day delivery times; however, we are not responsible for the courier’s delivery times. We are only responsible for the time we take to get the product to the courier. Most shipments are shipped from our facility within 2-3 days, yet we are allotted up to four weeks to ship the item to you. Please note that if we are backordered we will call, or e-mail you to provide you with that knowledge. On custom orders we may take up to four weeks to ship the item out as it takes more time to fabricate custom products. You will be provided with a tracking number or delivery confirmation number from the courier at time of shipment via e-mail if you have provided us with this information. If your item has been lost or damaged at time of shipment please contact us so we can file a claim. Please note that the carrier reserves the right to allow themselves 4 weeks before a claim may be made. At that time Competition 4x4 will file a claim with the carrier. FedEx turnaround time is approximately one month while the U.S.P.S. is slower at approximately six months. During this time Competition 4x4 will either wait for the claim to be fulfilled, refund the purchase, or provide you with a new item at our discretion.

Competition 4x4 and Racing Inc. reserves the right to use all pictures used on our website. All pictures taken and used by Competition 4x4 are not to be used, duplicated, reproduced, and re-posted, in any form etc. by any other party other than Competition 4x4 without first contacting Competition 4x4 and receiving a written and signed agreement to do so. All other photos that are not the property of Competition 4x4 belong to the manufacture/owner and you are subject to their terms of use. All parts and accessories etc. produced and manufactured by Competition 4x4 are their sole design and may not be reproduced by another manufacture for resell without first contacting the above mentioned party. Competition 4x4 strictly prohibits the resell of any of their products in any form, including resell in the form of retail or online sales etc. Competition 4x4 manufactured items may be resold if the company/owner/individual firsts contacts Competition 4x4 and completes and signs a Dealer Agreement Form. Competition 4x4 reserves the right to withdraw, terminate, and make changes to this agreement at any time as we see fit. We reserve the right to not provide notice to the above actions if they do take place. Competition 4x4 is located in Utah County, Utah; therefore, no sales tax will be added to any sales that take pace out of the state of Utah. All sales that take place in Utah will be subject to a 6.50% sales tax on the customer’s total sale. Misprints may happen on our site. Competition 4x4 reserves the right to not honor any misprints that may have taken place including quantity, price, and contents of an item(s). These misprints will be fixed and the customer may be reimbursed, replaced, or refunded at the sole discretion of Competition 4x4.
