If you want to build your own tire carrier then this hinge is a must. There are many options out there, but none compare to this. It is machined in our shop from heavy wall DOM. Features a 1000 pound rated spindle, dual tapered roller bearings, oil seal, dust cap, castle nut with cotter pin.

These are our heavy duty weld-thru clevis/shackle mounts. If you are building your own bumper or beefing one, up these are the mounts to use. They measure 3.75” long, 3.00” wide, ¾ Thick, with a ¾ hole diameter.
Finish off your bumper with one of our weld in receivers. They are designed to be welded inside the bumper. The hitch pin access is behind the bumper. The front is recessed to enhance looks without sacrificing departure angle.
