Warranties and Returns

The majority of products manufactured by Competition 4x4 are fabricator, motorcycle, and builder parts. These types of items then become welded on or additional fabricated on by the customer to complete an assembly. As such, Competition 4x4 cannot and will not warranty any of its products due to the fact that they are installed by various technicians and fabricators with a large variety of experience.

Please first inspect your items to make sure that they are free from manufacture defect and that all items are included in your order. If you find that your item has a manufacture defect before you install it, please contact us and you will receive a replacement or full refund. If you find that items are missing for your order, please contact us and you will be refunded for the cost of items missing or sent new ones.

There is no warranty on Competition 4x4 manufactured fabricator parts once they have been installed and fabricated on by the customer. Fabricator parts are sold as off-road products that have not been rated by the Department of Transportation or any other governing authorities and agencies. It’s the customer’s responsibility to receive ratings on fabricated projects once completed. Competition 4x4 doesn’t warranty any tire carrier hinge kits as they are a fabricator kit. It’s the customers’ responsibility to thoroughly inspect items before installing them. No return or warranty is available for fabricator, motorcycle, or builder parts once installed and or welded on.

Competition 4x4 reserves the right to refund, repair, replace, or neither to the companies manufactured products at their sole discretion. The above mentioned company will inspect all returned products that they manufactured. At time of inspection we will determine one of the following: negligence and/or abuse, manufacture defect, shipping damage, or improper use. Competition 4x4 products have not been rated and therefore are intended for off-road use only. No refund, reimbursement, or replacement will be given to any items that have been determined that they were misused, abused, neglected, etc.

Our no questions asked policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, please contact us directly.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please note that some items are subject to a restocking fee.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless your return is authorized as a manufacturer defect and covered by warranty.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer if other than Comp4x4.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, generally within 2 days of receipt.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items at our expense if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Support@Comp4x4.com and send your item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
